    Conference Packages from $72.00 per person include:

    • On arrival tea and coffee - freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas

    *Virtual sessions played on screen in the meeting room at a time of your choosing. Mediations run up to 8 mins each; the self-massage and self-acupressure routine runs approximately 15 minutes. Please allow up to 35 mins in your meeting agenda.

    Enjoy a light and bright conference room with a beautiful view of the lush Treasury Gardens. A variety of set up options exist, from 24 delegates in a classic classroom to an intimate cocktail party for 70. Apple has direct access to Mercure Melbourne Treasury Gardens’ foyer as well as a dedicated bar to service your guests.

    Melon
    Ideal for more intimate meetings, Melon is our traditional boardroom style function room.

    Pear
    This conference venue has room to seat up to 60 delegates. A skylight, complete with retractable cover, gives the area another dimension. Available for corporate venue hire such as seminars, training sessions and staff meetings, this room works beautifully with a built in projection screen and dedicated pre-function area.

    Fig
    One of our larger meeting rooms, Fig can accommodate large screened visual presentations or a showcase of your products in a functional tradeshow style. Fig also comfortably seats 110 people theatre style and is more than ideal for cabaret style seating accommodating up to 70 guests.

    Grape
    Fig and Pear combine to create our Grape venue. It’s a deceivingly large space of 238 square metres. Ideal for large event functions, Grape will accommodate a sumptuous banquet for 200 people, a theatre style seminar for 260 or a cocktail style party for up to 300. A loading bay entrance allows access for vehicles as big as a sedan or small four-wheel drive vehicle.
